The Brief
A listed manufacturing business was approaching a critical year-end audit period and with internal pressures increasing and audit preparation underway, they identified the need for interim finance support to strengthen the team and ensure deadlines were met without disruption. The requirement was briefed one week before Christmas, a time when many businesses struggle to gain momentum and candidate availability can be limited. Despite this, the business needed a solution quickly to maintain control and confidence through year end.
The Approach
A focused and pragmatic approach was taken immediately.
